About Us

Compass Construction was created in 2000 and is lead by President and CEO, Jeremy S. Flynn. We are a residential and commercial general contractor specializing in tenant finish, residential in-fill, custom building, and home remodeling including basements, additions, pop tops, kitchens, and bathrooms. As a company we have grown from a young smaller company completing remodeling projects, to a full scope mid size company.

Our goal is to keep the client happy and create a beautiful new space that you will enjoy for years to come.

As a company we take pride in 100% completion on time and on budget. The benefit to working with Compass Construction is having the relationship you would have with a smaller company and the resources and skills you would have with a larger company. We feel that our concierge service approach from the initial estimate to the final billing is what puts us a cut above the rest, and is the reason why the majority of our clients are by referrals. We have strong relationships with architects, designers, and engineers and can confidently set you on the right path to your dream project.

We enthusiastically embrace our place in the world wide community. When you choose Compass Construction not only are you making a sound investment in your home you are helping us continue to invest in the community. Whether we are supporting a non – profit or using earth friendly practices, we believe it is important to give back to the community whenever possible.

We volunteer 5 hours a week in the community through various organizations, and give financial support to several non- profits, to name a few; Environment Colorado, Localworks, Feed the Future Back Pack Program and our favorite The Family Tree. www.thefamilytree.com
